ROASTED GARLIC TORNADO POTATOES

Prep Time: 10 min
Cook Time: 30 min
Total Time: 40 min
Yield: 2 servings

Ingredients:
2 Yukon or small Russet potatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
½ tbsp Salty Provisions ROASTED GARLIC Flake Sea Salt*
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp paprika
â…› tsp black pepper
½ tsp dried chives

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Insert skewers into the center of each potato and use a small knife to spiral the potato. Fan out the potato down the length of the skewer.
  3. Brush the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle on the Salty Provisions ROASTED GARLIC Flake Sea Salt*, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and dried chives. Try to get the seasonings in between the gaps on to the potato directly.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until potatoes are soft and golden brown. Enjoy while hot.

*Recommendation: This recipe can be made with any Salty Provisions flavor. If using a blended flavor like HOT SALT or COFFEE SALT, you may omit the onion powder, paprika, black pepper or dried chives. The blended seasonings already include these ingredients.
