With Thanksgiving around the corner, we're excited to use our Sea Salt blends to elevate everyday dishes into extraordinary delights! This week, we found inspiration in the simplicity of a side dish: Roasted Potatoes. This time, we're adding a flavorful twist with our exclusive Celery Salt Flake Sea Salt, transforming this humble classic into a dish that dances on the taste buds.

Picture this: golden brown potato wedges, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, generously seasoned with the aromatic notes of celery salt. It's a side dish that not only complements a variety of main courses but also stands on its own as a flavorful star.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 pounds baby red or gold potatoes, washed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1.5 teaspoons Celery Salt Flake Sea Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  1. Prepare the Potatoes:
    • In a large mixing bowl, toss the halved potatoes with olive oil, Celery Salt Flake Sea Salt, and freshly ground black pepper until they are evenly coated.
  1. Roast the Potatoes:
